Last week leading up to this wedding, the forecast did not look like it was going to be in our favor. The weather man was calling for not only rain, but A LOT of rain. My wheels were turning and I was determined to make this day just as perfect for Brody and Logan, rain or shine. Once Friday hit, the percentages started going down and come their wedding day, it was overcast and 70 degrees!! Not what you expect for a December wedding, but here in North Carolina, anything is possible!!
Logan and her girls were ALL SMILES while getting ready in their adorable green and white pajamas. Logan also had one of the cutest flower girls. Her sweet little grin made for some of the sweetest photos.
Once I saw the groom and groomsmen, I knew it would be a fun crowd. There were 13 groomsmen and 4 ushers. All of them love the game of golf and *thankfully* their wedding was at River Landing Golf Course. So for the photos of the boys, we headed out to a tee box. We even added in an action shot which was definitely a fan favorite!
Next was to get these two hitched!! We headed to the church and watched as these two tied the knot. Since it was overcast and an already early sunset, after the ceremony, it was crunch time for portraits. Of course having these two to photograph and seeing the final product, made my job look easy!
After the portraits were done, it was time to PARTY and man did they do just that! Port City Shakedown knew just what to do to get this crowd on the dance floor and give them a night full of good music and fun! The night did not end there, after their confetti exit (which I absolutely LOVE), these two made sure their guest had a yummy late night snack. Trolly Stop was waiting to make everyone their favorite hot dog…and yes they were so good ;)!
Brody and Logan had an amazing day and I believe was everything they dreamed of. Thankful as always for being the one to capture such a special day!
