Stephen and Amanda have been an absolute joy to work with. Since their engagement, they have showed their playful and fun love. This day was no exception. From the moment I arrived, they both had smiles from ear to ear, until the moment I left.
Amandas girls swooned over Amanda and showed her so much love during their first look. She had such a stunning dress, but even more so her veil. I believe it is the longest veil to date that I have been able to photograph! It completed her look and Stephen was a BIG fan!!
Stephen and Amandas first look was genuine and so loving. One of my favorite parts of wedding days is capturing the true candid moments and emotions that are involved. For some couples it can be hard to forget that a camera is always following you around, but for Amanda and Stephen, it was like no one was there but them and how sweet that was to capture!
Their ceremony was no different and so many special moments. One of those being her uncle getting to marry them! Amanda also asked for a “non-traditional” photo of capturing the audience during their first kiss. I loved how that shot turned out and a memory they will always get to cherish.
My favorite part of their wedding day was sunset portraits. Amanda told me she had an outfit change for the evening, and wanted to do “fun and playful” sunset portraits. That is exactly what we did and they KILLED it! The best part was their true personalities and love for each other shined and made my job so, so easy!
Another sweet part of their day, after the fun and dancing, was her mom had planned a special surprise for them! She rented the exact same getaway car that her and her husband drove away in, at their wedding!! Another very special memory that will always be cherished!!
This day was perfect and full of smiles and so much love!! I am so happy for Amanda and Stephen and honored I was able to be apart of it!!
